When replying to a comment, it auto-closes while typing

Describe the bug

When I am adding a comment - in this case on https://meta.decidim.org/processes/roadmap/f/122/proposals/17233 - while I am typing the comment keeps periodically auto-closing.

To Reproduce

1. Go to https://meta.decidim.org/processes/roadmap/f/122/proposals/17233 and reply to a comment
2. Notice that as you are typing it auto-closes and rolls you to the bottom of the page.

Expected behavior

You should be able to write as long as you like without the comment field being closed.
