Server error in Accountability component when associating categories

Describe the bug
The Accountability component throws a server error when trying to associate categories to results within the Metadecidim installation.

To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the Accountability component in the Metadecidim admin panel: https://meta.decidim.org/admin/assemblies/eix-px/components/1854/manage/results
2. Associate a category with a result.
3. See a server error that disrupts the process.

This issue could not be reproduced in Nightly, suggesting that it might be specific to the Metadecidim environment.

Expected behavior
As an admin I should be able to associate categories with results without any errors, allowing for proper tracking of accountability results.
