Occasional newline after dropped packet on OS X #12

In Terminal.app on OS X 10.11 El Capitan, prettyping prints two newlines (instead of one) when a packet is dropped right before the current line becomes full:

Problem continues in 10.15.7, does not matter what the packet dropped character is.

Found the issue, line 402

traisjames added a commit to traisjames/prettyping that referenced this issue Jul 12, 2022
Added code to address personal preferences.
Addresses issues (https://github.com/denilsonsa/prettyping/issues) denilsonsa#12, 16, 18, 24, and hopefully 29.
