Describe the defect

A naked link found on VAMC detail page does not wrap appropriately

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the VA Asheville's Important Contact Information for Emergent or Urgent Care page
  2. Scroll down to the Emergency Care Reporting system heading
  3. Observe the awkward link which does not wrap well

AC / Expected behavior

Ideally, a naked link would not be used by Drupal editors. But in the case that one slips through, the front end should be defensive and make the link accessible within the page.

Additional context

I'm interested in options for validating/preventing these from occurring in the first place
