Update editor to use Monaco Editor

Seems a lot more powerful than the ace editor currently being used:

This is no use if we don't revamp the dashboard as most users don't use dashboard editor for full development. It is useful when the developers can open and edit all their project files including static files in '/public' folder and other middleware code.
Right now they have to switch between two dpd-dashboard and their editor.

Also think about taking the deployd to much better framework by taking it to next level.
