Feature request: do not trigger NoTrailingSpaces until after save

IDEA has these options:

This results in many temporary false positives with rules like NoTrailingSpaces but as soon as the editor is saved, the warning goes away.

It would be nice if Detekt checked if "Remove trailing spaces" option is set, and did not trigger a warning in this situation. Or simply disable that rule in the plugin completely if that option is set in IntelliJ.
