No mux flag

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, when you extract only the subtitle tracks using the -S flag it extracts all the files, and then it muxes the srt files in one mks file.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a flag like --no-mux or something to not mux files, subtitles, or audio tracks.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried to use the sub-format flag but in just converts the files and after it muxes the files in mks anyway.
