There currently is no API to answer that.

If you use default devpi-server without devpi-postgresql, then you can look at the files: [serverdir]/+files/root/pypi/+f/*/*/onnx*

I plan on adding the required API for that, but it has low priority and you already found a related ticket for that: #882
