📜 Description

An empty workflow is created when pipeline type is null in case of devtron apps.

👟 Reproduction steps

Setup charles proxy.
Apply the breakpoint on the api
Now change the pipelineType to null in the request and execute.
Now refresh the devtron page.

👍 Expected behavior

No empty workflow should be created.

👎 Actual Behavior

An empty workflow is created.
