[feature] Include GROUP & Title on Diff Pages

No problem, only an omission of the descriptive information missing from the diff pages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Below the Diff page's refrence URL, include a line that gives the following descriptive info: GROUP - TITLE.
Many of my watches have terrible URL's that do not allow for easy identification.

Describe the use-case and give concrete real-world examples
See Screenshot attached for where information might be placed.

Additional context
There is nowhere on the DIFF page/result that the GROUP or individual watch TITLE are shown.
