We should support Windows!

Add DirectShow webcam driver to camera package
Ensure ansi package works with common Windows terminals
Compile for windows and distribute binaries
Update Makefile and install.sh with Windows support

I don't have a PC so I can't finish this one. Hoping someone else can take this on.
