Coordinate Map Server Api Data Types

In preparation for connecting the screen with map server, we need to review the map server API endpoint return types and parameters, and makes sure they match the types used in the front end.

To Do

• GET list of styles (for list of bg maps)
• GET list of styles (for thumbnails)
• POST BackgroundMap (with MBtiles File)
• GET list of Offline Areas
• DELETE style
