This is most visible in the Ubuntu orange theme which doesn't really match Ubuntu.
The pixel colors don't match the RGB values which are defined in the theme files.

On Windows 10, the colors are correct. On Ubuntu, they are not.

This seems to point in the right direction: electron/electron#10732

This issue is in Electron. We'll need this PR to be included to resolve this issue: electron/electron#23787
