Add banner to the member object for bots/applications

Since per-server bios and banners got released today(or at least got a larger a/b testing group), it would be good to have it in the member object.

Imo per-server bios should be accessible to bots since it's for that server only and not global.

I really want this. It's sad to say that there are plenty of users who have pornographic material in their banners that go unnoticed or require manual moderation. It's good that we file Trust and Safety reports for this, but not everyone is going to do this.

Having no access to the banner's image will be a detriment to moderation bots that work off of checking things like profile pictures already for non-NSFW. Getting the banner also means we could begin proposing future implementations, like letting webhooks have banners.
