UI option to change the font size

For mostly accessibility, but also aesthetic, reasons.

This option should be a per device setting. Therefore, there's no need to save the setting state on the server; it could be stored in localStorage. There's a base font size CSS variable, --fs-base, and changing the value of that may be the only thing that's necessary to do.
