Today we have a flexible solution for loading tsconfig.json. Probably we don't need all of the flexibility so we could trade some of it for simplicity and make the loader solution easier to understand. This would help troubleshoot issues that relates to loading of tsconfig.json and overriding of it's options. For example #52 and #53.
