- Report - total number of issues reported to the Code of Conduct committee
- People named - total number of people named in the received reports
- Actions taken by us - number of reports when the action has been taken directly by the Code of Conduct committee
- Actions taken by local reps - number of reports when the action has been taken by online spaces moderators or events organizers
- People banned or flagged - number of people who has been banned or flagged as an outcome of actions taken
- Lack of actions taken - number of reports for which no action was taken
