I've isntalled https://github.com/MusiKid/acpi_ec and MControlCenter but all options are greyed out on MControlCenter and I get and an error on startup saying MControlCenter cannot load ec_sys kernel modules.

Features worked fine on windows(Battery, Keyboard, Fan, Display...)

Hello

Check that /dev/ec exists. If not, then acpi_ec is not installed correctly.
