Describe the bug
The Slack and IRC links on the Miso website (https://haskell-miso.org/) are not functioning correctly. The Slack link redirects to a Heroku page with a message "There's nothing here, yet." Additionally, the IRC link leads to a registration page on irccloud.com, but following the registration process results in a "Page error" message.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://haskell-miso.org/'
For Slack issue:

  1. Click on the 'Slack' link in the footer.
  2. Observe the redirection to a Heroku page with the message "There's nothing here, yet."

For IRC issue:

  1. Click on the 'IRC' link in the footer.
  2. Follow the process to register for IRC Cloud.
  3. After clicking the verification link in the email, observe the "Page error" message.

Expected behavior
The expected behavior for the Slack link is to redirect users to a valid Slack invitation or channel page. For the IRC link, it should lead to a functioning IRC channel without error messages during the registration or access process.

Desktop:
OS: NixOS
Browser: Firefox
Version: 115.6.0esr

@smarwei, thanks for this.

I updated the Slack URL to match what is on the README

As for IRCCloud, it seems the invite links they generate are bad.
