ARM64 support for MailHog #1787

It looks like there is ARM64 support for Mailhog ( https://github.com/tsitle/dockercontainer-mail-mailhog/blob/master/docker-compose-arm64-SAMPLE.yaml )

Can we integrate that into docksal?

It looks like the default image does not support it ( https://hub.docker.com/r/mailhog/mailhog/tags ).
