Switch to VirtualBox v7 and "Host-Only Networks" (replacing "Host-Only Adapters").

On supported macOS hosts (Catalina+), VirtualBox 7.0.2 does not use KEXTs any more. In consequence, instead of the Host-Only Adapters the new Host-Only Networks have to be used (see 6.7. Host-Only Networking).

It looks like adding support for VirtualBox 7 will require moving away from the (useful but legacy) docker-machine dependency and thus managing the VirtualBox VM lifecycle manually.

With that scale of changes, we may as well switch to colima(#1567) instead and say goodbye to VirtualBox (#1361). 🤔
