Image Versions docs out of date #1812

The image-versions documentation was updated in develop 7 months ago
https://github.com/docksal/docksal/blob/develop/docs/content/stack/images-versions.md

But this does not exist in master,
and the documentation website is out of date

A new version of Docksal was released today and the docs now have the updated information.
