Mobile: Links should scroll down to content instead of index table. #235

For example, when a link from this index table is clicked in mobile, it redirects to that page, but still shows the index.

Instead, it should move to the start of the content.

Usually achieved by adding an id like '#header' to the 'Showcase' in above example, and making the links redirect to 'http://docpress.github.io/showcase.html#header' instead.

I'll make a pull request if I get time.
