Feature request

Trigger css :target or add active class on scroll to header

What problem does this feature solve?

Currently when you click on a link, the page scrolls to header, however on short pages or targets near the end of the page they can't scroll, so it provides no help in finding the section.

If :target was triggered or a class added to the active anchor target I would be able to add a marker next to the section flash the header flashing to draw attention etc.

https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/tryit.php?filename=trycss3_target

What does the proposed API look like?

idk

How should this be implemented in your opinion?

idk

Are you willing to work on this yourself?

no

Hi @dt192 , I think maybe put some custom style/script in the index.html would be a workaround.
