Dogecoin.com POOL

I think Dogecoin.com should have its own mining POOL, that is completely decentralized in term that shibes all around the world will get the hardwares and the foundation can only run the software/pool

There should be small amount of fees taken for dogecoin devs, but the fees should be less than what other pools charge, so it can be attractive for miners

the payout for miners should be in $Doge only, so the $Ltc got mint will be directly sold and bought equivalent in $Doge and the miners get the payout in $Doge (same as litecoin.org)

Maybe then a host can be set in locations around the world to keep the pools more even decentralized and reduce the rejection rate

I this this will help Doge & Shibes in many ways

Such as Dogecoin will have its own Pool, the Pools distribution will be more decentralized, giving power back to the people, miners will get better payouts, the buy pressure from swapping ltc to Doge
