Search converts allowed special characters to unserscores

This was originally reported in #2355 in the context of not (yet) existing pages. The suggested page id for the page to be created has all special characters internally converted to underscores, even those that are valid (- and .). That happens because the query is parsed by the QueryParser, which is intended to be applied to "normal" queries, not ids.

This issue is still relevant when searching with namespace parameter in:

• quicksearch
• normal search
• plugins using ft_pageLookup()
