No imaging Library

[Baltrock]

I have been following instructions onto how to generate a map via blenderGIS. I have come so close. However, when I select 'Web geodata' and then 'Basemap', it says:

'No imaging library available. ImageIO module was not correctly installed'.

I have tried various different methods and installed and deleted various github clones to make something function but it keeps sending me the same error. I'm worried it may have something to do with the cache but I doubt it.

Can I have a sure fire way to make it work?
