.NET SDK is not installed

Problem encountered on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/learn/dotnet/hello-world-tutorial/create
Operating System: windows

tried to execute "new console -o myApp" and it says"Could not execute because the application was not found or a compatible .NET SDK is not installed."
I have installed it more than once and still get the same message.
I am using windows 10.

And what's your version of Windows? And is it 32-bit or 64-bit?
