Get current DPI/screen res for system aware/unaware apps

Can we get current DPI and screen resolution for system aware (or unaware) dpi apps?
All method that I have tried return DPI on app start for system aware apps :(
For example if we start app with:
System.Windows.Forms.Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds {Width=1920, Height=1200}; DPI 96
And change DPI to 125% we will get:
System.Windows.Forms.Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds {Width=1536, Height=960}; DPI 96
And only after app restart:
System.Windows.Forms.Screen.PrimaryScreen.Bounds {Width=1920, Height=1200}; DPI 120

For DPI I was tried PInvoke.GetDpiForSystem(), PInvoke.GetDeviceCaps(), PInvoke.GetDpiForMonitor() and

using System.Drawing.Graphics graphics = System.Drawing.Graphics.FromHwnd(IntPtr.Zero);
Dpi = graphics.DpiX;
