Cardnames with & in them do not correctly download in cockatrice XML #1733

Cards with '&' in the name (Minsk & Boo, Timeless Heroes is the one I noticed) are not being correctly escaped for XML.

Current behavior:
<card number="1" name="Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes"/>

Desired behavior:
<card number="1" name="Minsc & Boo, Timeless Heroes"/>
