At present, when Dragonfly2 listens to a port, it randomly selects an available port to listen on. It would be desirable to control this random range, for example, to support custom configuration to choose from ports between 10000-20000.
Use case:
Our scene is to deploy Dragonfly2 with other business processes in the same Pod. When Dragonfly2 starts, it randomly listens to a port, which may conflict with the business process, causing the business process to fail to start.
