drevops/behat-screenshot#95 has shown that current DrevOps tests did not pick up the fact that an outdated dependency was installed.

We need to come up with a test mechanism that would allow to explicitly specify a minimum expected version of the dependency to be installed AND only handle some of the dependencies, not the whole lock file.

We do not use the lock file in the repo because the scaffold should be usable (and installable) without the lock file.
