Validate the --target-bundle option of field:create

Describe the bug
This is a follow-up based on this comment: #4853 (comment). We should validate whether values passed to --target-bundle are actually valid bundles.

To Reproduce
Pass a random string to --target-bundle.

Expected behavior
Show an error message if the passed value isn't a valid bundle.

Actual behavior
No error message is shown.
