Globally disable blocking

Summary

I would like to be able to disable tracker blocking on every site.

Motivation

I use uBlock Origin for ad and tracker blocking, and don't need two extensions doing the same thing. However, I want to keep the DuckDuckGo extension for creating duck.com addresses.

Additional context

The debugger's "protection on" button seems to only affect the selected tab, and I can't add wildcards to the allowlist in the settings.

I'm also interested in this, for the same reasons. I could probably work on this (I feel like adding a wildcard for the "unprotected sites" configuration would be the easier way). Is there any interest in getting this merged?
