Performance issues with Intel hd graphics 630 #1473

Hi,

I am using a Laptop Intel i5 @2.8Ghz with an Intel hd graphics 630 on 2 Screens (Laptop Screen = DM VIEW and 4k LED TV = PLAYERS VIEW)
When i am showing a map on the players screen, the CPU usage of Chrome is about~12%, thats okay but the HD Graphics cpu usage is always 100%

Unplugging the 4k TV and showing only the DM map on the Laptop screen (FULL HD resolution) does load 80% of the HD Graphics cpu. I fi close the DM or Player screen usage is 0%

EDIT: even my GeForce RTX2060 goes up to (and stays at) about 20% when showing the map on simple Full HD

Any ideas?

Is there something like a draw loop?
Then ist maybe related to "resizing" the canvas to the same size? (which is, in fact, not necessary)

I am not an expert on WebGL, so I cannot simply say what is going on. Any contributions that improve the performance are highly appreciated. My gut says that your Laptop graphics card seems not to be the best fit for powering a 4K Monitor, but I really have no idea.
