jt -r doesn't work

I've read all the threads about how to deal with this problem, nothing worked.

When I tried using !jt -r it doesn't recognize the command, it says /bin/sh: jt: command not found
When I try to uninstall Jupyterthemes it gets buffering and buffering without doing anything at all.
I've tried everything and I've read every single post but still cannot manage to get rid of the theme, I want it back to normal.
