Updating Richard Feldman's Frontend Masters course links #147

Whilst reviewing the resources in the readme, I noticed that in October 2018, there was a new version of @rtfeldman's Frontend Masters course, with the addition of 'Advanced Elm' with v 0.19.

I haven't included the contents screenshots here because they are quite extensive and detailed in the links.

Might be worth subscribing for a month to soak up the wisdom and then updating the readme to reflect our recommendations?

(I really wish Frontend Masters had a buy just this course option instead of subscription model ...)
