https://scrapbox.io/ePi5131/DynamicAddressManager で考察した結果、テーブルな構造体をメモリに載せたほうが嬉しそうとなった
offset_address.hppは廃止してこれに置き換える

そもそもoffset_address.hppは何のために用意していた？

どうせ1箇所でしか使われないなら使う場所で定数を定義すれば良かったのでは？

→ 色々な場所から同じような場所をアクセスして起こる事故を防ぐため
