It would be nice when furo run flowname would stop and exit(1) if an error was detected.
At the moment, the detected errors are only printed to stdout.

Example:
checkImports should stop the flow sequence if a unresolvable import was used.
deprecated should stay as it is and only warn
muSpec2Spec should stop on malformed input
all commands should stop on missing or malformed configuration
