Consider alignment with draft RFC for Health Check Response Format #150

Internet-Draft RFC “Health Check Response Format for HTTP APIs” is being developed.

MicroProfile Health should align with this standard and help develop this standard.

Internet-Draft RFC "Health Check Response Format for HTTP APIs" wants to align with MicroProfile Health:

We are reviewing this RFC and found good idea in it. It could be integrated in future release. Format is more suited for the future "wellness" endpoint than for "readiness" and "liveness" endpoints which are targeted to M2M dialog.
