--stream 参数会把运行信息输出到 stdout #345

运行信息应该输出到 stderr，否则 stream 参数很难用于管道：

cat a.js | fecs format --stream > b.js

输出到 b.js 后面会包含：


fecs@1.6.4: 116.774ms
