Migrating from Avoriaz to vue-test-utils

Seeing https://github.com/vuejs/vue-test-utils has reached beta version, it would be great if we start to do documentation for migrating from avoriaz to vue-test-utils if needed. Other vuejs test framework are also welcome to do the same for their framework if they have decided to direct their users to use vue-test-utils

Any kind soul who wants to kick off this in their fork would be great. (https://hacktoberfest.digitalocean.com/ 😛 )
