改善内容

複写操作した際に階層ダイアログが未選択状態の為、
途中の階層から変更しようとしても選択肢が表示されない。

再現手順

既存レコードを複写で入力しようとした場合。

期待する動作

表示イベントで選択された階層のリストを検索して保持する。
