Extension should watch item creation and perform a 'save item id' when items are created

Now that I understand how Zotero handles item creation, I have thought of a way to break up #57.

The first part is for the extension to watch item creation. When an item is created, the extension performs a 'save item id' (exactly the same as the manual trigger).

The second part is in #59
