At the moment, only RIS is output and saved in the note, which does not contain the extra field. Similar to the merge dialogue, the item ID and the contents of the extra field should be appended.

@retorquere - while you are working on this, could you look at this? I think it should be really easy to do. In the merge dialogue, this is already happening, but for the 'Save item details to note", the extra field doesn't appear.

If it's not easy to do, don't worry!

How do you want it to appear? I could stick the extra in PA, N1 or U<n>, but RIS tags are limited to single-line values, so I'd have to collapse multi-line extra fields. I could also just dump it below the RIS in a <pre>block.

If we want to add them to the RIS there's a trade-off, I could gamble that the RIS conversion keeps items in order (which I think it does but is not guaranteed -- BBT doesn't for example), or I would export the items in the merge one-by-one, which would be a little slower, but I suppose you're not merging tens of items at the same time.
