Top menu icons not visible in sfos 4.1

The icons (save, open & other) in the top menu do not show up when tapping the file name in sfos 4.1.0.24. Tapping the header toggles file name visibility, but icons are not shown. And tapping the header row does not result in anything else than toggling the file name visibility. I.e. can't open or save files.
