Module not found: Can't resolve

I write
import template from 'https://unpkg.com/lodash/template'
as in example and it works.
And then I write
import * as it from 'http://www.api.yenotes.com/it/jsi18n/';
and it doesn't and I got
Module not found: Can't resolve 'http://www.api.yenotes.com/it/jsi18n' in 'C:\Users\User\Projects\kyivdictionary\dict_api\react\src\const'
I don't know what else to write 'cause there is no more difference
