The same dependencies cache of a project can be used by another project?

It's cached by URL.

If you import something like http://unpkg.com/vue, the cache on disk will be ~/.cache/import-http/deps/https/unpkg.com/vue@x.y.z, like how Deno works

The cache resolution process can be improved though.

My use cases are listed in README, maybe there're some more, I'd like to know too!
