Setting a `delay` option on the component disable the tooltip altogether #5

If you use any delay -- a single value like 450 or an array of values like [450, 150] -- the tooltip does not show up at all.

The configuration I used:

    :title="`foo : ${bar}`"
    v-tippy="{
        distance: 7,
        delay: [150, 150],
    }"
/div>
