Describe your feature request precisely

When an image is added to the main text it´s not possible anymore to crop, rotate or flip it, as was before.

Now this is the only available panel:

I'm not certain when this feature was discontinued or if it was removed in version 5.0.0 when the imagetools plugin was removed, but is is it possible to bring it back? While it may not be a major feature, editing images directly on eLab is much more practical than using another tool to do so.

I understand eLab has now to pay for the plugin, whereas given that image editing is a fundamental feature for an ELN, it might be worth reconsidering this decision. Many institutions like mine host eLabFTW PRO and having to use external tools like Word for simple image cropping seems a bit "rudimental" within an ELN environment. 😔

FYI, we're looking into bringing back this plugin, as you're not the first missing it.

So it might make a comeback, it just requires more dev time now.
